Fast Processing
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Weekend orders ship the following Monday. Orders placed before midnight (Berlin time) typically ship the next business day. Card payments and PayPal are processed immediately; bank transfers take 1–3 business days to clear.

We are able to ship worldwide with the exception of Israel and Russia. Contact us if your country is not listed above.
Customs, duties & import fees
Orders shipped from Germany to the USA, Canada or Puerto Rico may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling fees set by the destination's customs authority. Where applicable, the carrier will contact you to settle these before delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping price and are the customer's responsibility. Delivery & collection
At the time of shipping, the customer will receive a tracking number from FedEx or UPS. Most packages are delivered directly to your address during business hours. If you're unavailable, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local pickup point — you can collect it with the tracking reference and valid ID.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, refused delivery or unavailability at the time of delivery, any additional shipping costs or loss are the customer's responsibility. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout and track the shipment to ensure that you are available to receive it when the carrier attempts delivery.

- Customer covers return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
