RETURN POLICY
For cosmetic products, we're unable to accept returns as we prioritise the safety and hygiene of all our customers. Since we cannot verify whether returned items have remained unopened and uncontaminated, we maintain a no-return policy for these products. This includes situations where a client experiences a reaction due to pre-existing allergies, finds the color different from expectations, or simply changes their mind after purchase. Once your order ships, the purchase is considered complete.
Our online shop is designed specifically for business customers - including commercial entities, self-employed professionals, and freelancers. As such, the Distance Selling Act's 14-day return right does not apply to orders placed through our platform. By submitting an order, you confirm that you're purchasing as a business customer and accept our terms.
