Payment & Processing
Instant Processing: PayPal and credit card orders are processed immediately once payment is confirmed. We monitor payments throughout the day to ensure swift processing.
Bank Transfer: Please allow 1-3 business days for bank transfers to reach our account. Your order will be processed as soon as payment is received. Weekend orders are shipped the following Monday.

Delivery & Collection
Successful Delivery: Most packages are delivered directly to your address during business hours.
Missed Delivery: If you're unavailable, FedEx will leave a delivery notice and hold your package at the nearest pickup point for 7 business days. You can collect it using the provided tracking information and valid ID.
Delivery Issues: If delivery fails due to incorrect address information, customer unavailability, or refused delivery, additional charges may apply. Customer is responsible for these additional costs.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including correct postcode. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Return Authorization Required: Please contact us before returning any items to receive return authorization and instructions.
Return Process:
- Customer covers return shipping costs
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Items are inspected upon receipt
- Full refund processed promptly after successful inspection
- Refunds issued to original payment method
Return Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
