Right of withdrawal for consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse the purchase price of the returnable goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. Delivery and shipping costs are not refunded. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the goods; we do not provide a return label. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of health protection or hygiene. This includes in particular cosmetic, nail, and care products. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, these products are excluded from exchange and return.

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. Entrepreneurs (commercial or self-employed buyers) have no statutory right of withdrawal.
