Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Instructions Under UK Distance Selling Regulations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, even after delivery. We'll provide full refunds for unopened and unused items in their original condition. For used professional equipment (such as UV/LED devices), we may offer partial refunds due to wear and tear. Please note that consumable products including gels, polishes, nail art colours, liquids, replacement bulbs, glitter, and similar items cannot be returned once opened for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you're unsure about whether something can be returned, please get in touch with our customer service team or have a look at our full Terms and Conditions. When cancelling your purchase, you'll need to cover the return postage costs as we don't provide prepaid return labels. We can't accept packages sent without prepaid postage or items damaged due to poor packaging.

Please make sure to include a copy of your invoice (or the original invoice if you're returning your entire order) along with your email address or phone number so we can contact you if needed.

All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT and exclude applicable shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Returns Process

Returns need to be approved by our customer service team first. Once we've given you the go-ahead, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs. Standard return shipping within the UK is £4.95 per package. Once we've received and checked your returned items, we'll process your refund.

You'll be responsible for the direct costs of returning goods. If your original order included any special offers (discount codes, free items, or free shipping) that required a minimum spend, and your return brings the order below this amount, we may need to adjust your final refund. In these cases, we'll recalculate the promotional value accordingly, and your refund will reflect the adjusted order total.
