Payment & Processing

Delivery & Collection
Successful Delivery: Most packages are delivered directly to your address during business hours.
Missed Delivery: If you're unavailable, DHL will leave a delivery notice and hold your package at the nearest pickup point for 7 business days. You can collect it using the provided tracking information.
Delivery Issues: If delivery fails due to incorrect address information, customer unavailability, or refused delivery, additional charges apply:
- Return shipping: €4.90
- Redelivery attempt: €4.90
- Processing fee: €12.00
Customer is responsible for these additional costs.
Returns & Refunds
