CANCELLATION
Business customers only. Our shop is intended for business customers — companies, sole traders, self-employed professionals and freelancers. By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing as a business customer and accept our Terms & Conditions in full. We may request proof of business status.
No statutory right of withdrawal. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers under §§ 312g, 355 BGB does not apply to business customers.
Cancelling before dispatch. You may cancel your order in writing, by email or letter, at any time before it is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched the contract is complete and can no longer be cancelled.
Consumable products cannot be returned. Cosmetic, nail and care products are excluded from return for reasons of health protection and hygiene — once they have left us, we cannot verify that they have remained unopened and uncontaminated. This applies regardless of the reason, including an allergic reaction, a colour that differs from expectation, or a change of mind.
Non-consumable products. For items that are not consumables — lamps, tools and equipment — we will consider a return at our discretion. Please contact us before returning anything.
Manufacturing defects are covered by our 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. Please inspect goods on receipt and report obvious defects in writing within 5 business days.
Risk in transit. Once your order is handed to the courier, risk passes to you and our responsibility ends. This includes parcels lost or damaged in transit, theft after delivery, and deliveries that fail because no one is available to receive the parcel — where it is then returned to us or lost in the process.
