PRIMA Express Base & Top ist ein kombinierter Grund- und Decklack mit einer unglaublich schnellen aufgetragen von 7 Minuten.
Es kann dünn aufgetragen werden, ohne in die Seitenwände zu laufen, bietet hohe Haftung für lange Haltbarkeit und einen hochglänzenden, nicht abwischbaren Glanz.
PRIMA Express Base & Top kann mit NOVA UV-Nagellack und auch mit PRIMA UV-Nagellack verwendet werden.

The items you need are:
- NOVA Base & Shine or NOVA Rubber Base
- NOVA colour gel polish
- NOVA Top gel polish (there are several choices) or PRIMA Shine Like A Diamond non-wipe top gel polish
- X8 Cleanser & Sanitizer
Method: NOVA Base & Shine
- Prepare the nail as usual and buff to remove shine
- Apply NOVA Base & Shine. One thin layer. Cure 60 seconds in the SIRIUS-48W LED/UV lamp
- Apply the NOVA colour gel polish. Apply like a gel and push towards Proximal Nail Fold (cuticle). Carefully drag down to free-edge to ensure good coverage there. Cure 90 seconds
- Apply a second NOVA colour coat if needed and cure.
- Apply the NOVA Base & Shine as a top coat. Cure 60 seconds and wipe to remove inhibition layer using X8.
